Sally Phillips Buffington has a B.F.A.
from the prestigious Art Department of the Mississippi University For Women. She has excelled in her career and is a Grumbacher Gold Medalist .
Sally has had several Magazine covers including two Chronicle Of The Horse Magazine coverso. The September 2012 issue of Sidelines Equestrian Magazine is featuring her equine paintings. Sally ' s work has been featured on many television stations across the southeast, in Houston, Texas and San Antonio, Texas.
She was commissioned by the prestigious Kronkosky Foundation to paint the official portraits of benefactors Mr and Mrs Albert Kronkosky of San Antonio, Texas . Giclee prints were then made of the life size original.She has taught several Mastery Level workshops on Portraiture and the Mastery of Color.
Her line of Limited Edition prints are in collections across the United States, in Europe and South Africa. Sally also has a Print On Demand website where any of her originals may be ordered in print in many sizes as well as gift cards. This is a new and exciting concept.
